CCSE Selected to Continue Statewide Clean Vehicle Rebate Project

State funding agencies allocate $59.55 million in incentives for 2013-14          

The California Air Resources Board has selected CCSE to continue for a fourth year as administrators of the statewide Clean Vehicle Rebate Project (CVRP) that promotes the purchase or lease of new plug-in hybrid and zero-emission vehicles.

Join CCSE for Electric Vehicle (EV) Day to learn everything about EVs and the incentives available for clean vehicles on Saturday, Sept. 28, at San Diego's Liberty Station (Truxtun Road off Rosecrans St.). You can stop by a variety of EV-related exhibits and wrap your fingers around the steering wheel to test drive more than a dozen EV models.

CCSE Joins DOE’s Workplace EV Charging Challenge

Nationwide program to develop and implement plug-in electric vehicle charging at work

Among the goals of the Energy Department challenge is to expand the availability of charging stations at work locations by tenfold within the next five years so that PEV drivers have greater convenience and more options. By signing up with the program, CCSE pledges to develop and implement plans to support the workplace charging initiative.
