The Center for Sustainable Energy (CSE) conducted an American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air‐Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Level II audit for the City of San Diego’s Point Loma‐Hervey Branch Public Library (PLH or PLH facility) as part of an Electric Program Investment Charge demonstration agreement (EPC‐15‐0851) developed in partnership with the City of San Diego Environmental Services Department and funded by the California Energy Commission (Energy Commission).
