Learn about & discuss the latest innovations in the solar thermal industry!

Returning for a third year and offered on the last Tuesday of the month through June 2014, Skip’s Tips is the forum for valuable technical information, techniques and skills training for solar thermal professionals and those who want to be one.

CCSE's Skip Fralick has been involved with energy and solar thermal applications for 36 years and is an energy engineer with the California Solar Initiative-Thermal Program. Each month, he covers a range of solar thermal opportunities. The first session on Tuesday, Sept. 24, will focus on general solar thermal principles, updates on technologies recently added to the CSI-Thermal Program and the car wash industry, based on feedback from the recent Western Car Wash Association Expo.

“Thanks to you regular attendees for your continuing contributions," Fralick said. "To new attendees, I invite you to attend any or all of my classes this year. The old-timers are highly qualified people with a wealth of experience, who also love to help."

Classes are free, but a $1 per slice of pizza donation is welcomed.
