Jason Foster

Jason is the director of Administrative Services for the San Diego County Water Authority.  He is responsible for managing a variety of agency-wide programs that support the efficient operation of the Water Authority.  These include information systems, geographical information systems, purchasing, risk management, building services for the Kearny Mesa office and landscape, and delivery of centralized administrative support, including records management systems. Jason previously served as the Water Authority’s Director of Public Outreach and Conservation and Director of Public Affairs. Prior to the Water Authority, he served as the media relations manager for San Diego State University.
